What's wrong with that? My MacBook always runs out of memory. I don't care much about storage. My own Mac mini has 64gb ram and 512gb SSD. //@dayajun: 48GB ram and 512GB hard drive? Good job apple..

you just happen to be one of the edge cases, most use cases are higher RAM comes with higher disk, that's it //@anonymous: What's wrong with that? My MacBook always runs out of memory. Used it for a while already and there is no thermal throttle issue like the 14” version. Fast, quiet and smooth like a butter. //@anonymous: The reviews ain't even out yet, as the release date is next Tues, r u tripping... //@Anonymous: Review shows it gets overhead quickly and throttling like crazy. Never buy the first generation.

Ignore that Apple hater. They can't even keep their story straight when they whine about Apple stuff that they can't afford. //@Anonymous: The reviews ain't even out yet, as the release date is next Tues, r u tripping... //@Anonymous: Review shows it gets overhead quickly and throttling like crazy. Apple does not update OS 7 years after the release date. This has only three more years and then you cannot update the OS

better than Costco?

at Costco, you get 2 year warranty. Except MacBook series, most laptops in recent years having hardware issues within 1 year. So, in my opinion, better to consider Costco. //@Anonymous: better than Costco?

Most premium credit cards also give you a 2 year warranty on stuff like this. I've never used it but it's there //@anonymous: at Costco, you get 2 year warranty.
