What costco have: 980mg omg3 per softgel, 130 softgels per bottle, 14$ per bottle.
My doctor told me the one only the 980mg one in Costco is good for heart health. You have have to eat 3x360mg per day to get sufficient amount of daily omg3.

Other person's point is about the amount of Omega-3 in each capsule. Costco one has 980mg and this Amazon one has 360mg in each capsule. You should check for this while purchasing. Costco has this currently for $21.99. Do not buy this - what you really need is Omega-3 which is only 30% of this junk. The rest is all 6 and 9, which your body gets more than enough from regular food of sources; and more omega-6 and 9 are actually bad for your body. //@pacer: Items:
