Ok, that worked. Have hit one time first and click $15 coupon. Then go to subscribe and save subscription and hit the 40% coupon and the total will come to $13.17. //@anonymous: Select one time purchase and select the 15.42 coupon. Then goes to subscription and select 40% off coupon and setup subscription

This is what worked for me. Choose one time purchase (instead of subscribe at save), clip 15 coupon. Add item to the cart.
Go back to product page again, choose subscribe and save, clip 40%. Then proceed to checkout. Both would apply.
