Pro 2 Cameras have some known issues. Netgear is trying to fix it ASAP. Wait for some more months before to buy Arlo Pro 2 cameras.

I don't like pro or pro2, because they use special recharge batteries. You have to recharge, so camera won't work at that time

I have to monitor it while the time to make sure it is recording.

I'm not sure why you would record for 40-50 minutes, you might as well consider wired surveillance systems. Anyway Arlo is not meant for that purpose, it's an event-based video surveillance. When it senses motion, you have two options to choose when configuring how long to record: a) record until activity stops (up to 300 sec), or b) record for a fixed length of time (between 10 sec to 120 sec).

Can you check order status in your 1st order confirmation email that you received? 2nd email that we received is shipping confirmation email if you see order status in that it says order cancelled and order number is totally different from 1st email. My 1st email says order shipped but in 2nd email says order cancelled.(its totally a different order number) very strange. //@anonymous: verizon canceled my order without any reason.
