256 holds more games apps and movies but imho 128 as enough.

I only got the 256 version because at launch they only offered 64 or 256 and 64 is not enough.

IDK I have 64GB version and it is fine if you don't want to load more than 15-20 games. That is Apple's trick. For me, 512GB seems to be the minimal disk space I need. After one year of usage, I used about 260GB as a developer. So I will have to pay the $200 for that 256GB. //@Anonymous: $200 for just 256GB

I think Apple realizes people aren't buying iPhones every year. Basically the market is saturated with high-end iPhones that will last 2 to 4 years. This is why their trying to push as many MacBooks as possible.
