HP customer service is not reliable, I have a broken 2in 1 laptop only after a few months of use (power button no longer works), HP simply does not want to take care of it by playing the game of transferring me among different departments, I gave up calling them but I will never consider HP again. Shame on HP.

It is an OK deal. Sure it will last 20, mostly because you won't use it past 5-7. 4 GB ram is already dated. It's a great deal. pop in a SSD hard drive and you can play most of the pc games too. you don't need more than 4GB ram.
