Yes for my work I need 10Gig E. 2018 mac mini that run on the intel chip comes with 10Gig E. What bluetooth issue? had M1 for 11 month, zero issues.

Bluetooth devices connected so far: air mouse, apple keyboard, bose headphone, non brand name speaker.

Runs smooth, cool and quiet.
