Need to activate a line with any carrier in Bestbuy, the Phone is unlocked, they just won’t sell you at the price activate today if you don’t activate a line. I ask them, the things supplies me is Bestbuy does not know whether the line is contract or no contract, you will need to find out from the carrier. //@anonymous: What does it mean to activate?
