Wrong, such Apple Watch is only good for city fashion. Not many functions for outdoor person. Best exercise watch is another one, multiple days run and good gps performance. Garmin Instinct 2 is much better. 30 days between charges, always on display, readable in full sunlight, smart watch capability.

It highly depends on what you are using the watch for. For workout, running and fitness purposes garmin is best. For smartwatch features and app ecosystem can’t beat Apple. So depends o. Sleep analysis, yes. It’s as important to a select group or people or this person as a yearly check up. Same reason it’s recommended to do breast exam or prostate. May be they don’t want to be the one to wait 20 years later to find out it was because of sleep depression that this happen. Prevention is better than cure.
