i submit the receipts online twice in the past, and received $25 back both time. I always mark the qualified PG items from long receipt so the agent can count easily.

My experience with HP is awful, have had three HPs so far, they all have issues, to make things worse, their customer service is even awful. //@Anonymous: That's why it is $599. //@Anonymous: Very nice specs, except:
