An add-on that will cost you $10.
Just the phone is $168.

I understand the deal this way: if you can "realize" the value out of the add-ons, your cost of the phone will be less; lowest be $118 (say you resell the card+kit for $60).

Why don't you resell it for 200 bucks? //@anonymous: I understand the deal this way: if you can "realize" the value out of the add-ons, your cost of the phone will be less; lowest be $118 (say you resell the card+kit for $60).

$9.99 for a sim card to try the service is crazy. Unless you are a current cricket or att prepaid customer who can make use of the refill card, forget the add-ons and just buy the phone if you think the phone itself is a deal.

For $875, you can get an iPhone. It is a far superior phone, a better company, and it is compatible with all major carriers. Who would get this one?

Better for photo taking? So the Chi-nese gov can get extra high res spy photos of everything whenever the phone is out of your pocket? No thanks! //@anonymous: This phone is much much better than iPhone, especially for photo-taking. Try it out before making any claims!

Why is this price so high? Does this company really think people will consider them at the same level as Apple? What a nice dream to have.

people need to change their stereotype and stop thinking iphone is the best in the market. Things are changing, so does the world. And some things never change. Hua-Wei has a tight relationship with the Chi-nese gov and is obligated to give access to user data. When you use Hua-wei, the Chi-nese gov may be monitoring your online behavior at any time. //@Anonymous: people need to change their stereotype and stop thinking iphone is the best in the market. You can use the promo code PAYWCARD to sweeten this deal (an extra $25 off). Have been with this NVMO for the past year, a happy customer so far. Yes, their peak data rate is slower than regular Verizon subscriber, and the customer service is slow (They did help me resolve activation issues early on.) But it worked for me and saved me a significant amount.
