Very easy, you just pull out the spout and pour in the oil.
If you are wanting to clean it, just running very hot water and soap through it is about the only way (and then obviously rinse a few times). The spout can be hand washed and put in the to dishwasher rack. //@Anonymous: How easy is it to fill it up?
