Starbucks espresso drinks are so bad, taste like water down milk with tiny amount of coffee, and lots of sugar. Their regular coffee is ok compared to their espresso drinks. Dunkin espresso drinks are better

they always send the wrong size. when you ask for an exchange, the online chat does not work; human agent put you on hold for over an hour and then you have to submit pictures of the boxes, labels, inside labels. they are extremely rude too. don’t bother with the sale. it is not worth the efforts.

I buy shoes through adidas.com many times. I have not encountered problems like that. You can always return for free. yes, you can exchange. however, when i placed an order, i did not expect to get an unpaid job for Adidas. I did not expect to receive the order, open it, request the exchange shipping slip, pack it up, ship it and wait for the correct order to come in. huge disappointment and a lot of my time is wasted because of their poor management and bad logistics. there are lots of other companies. why bother? //@Anonymous: Can’t you do the exchange through your account?
