I compared the price between Walgreen with Costco. Costco has it for $20.99 after $5 coupon for 200 tablets. That's a better deal than Walgreen even with the BOGO and 15% off because each bottle contains only 80 tablets at Walgreen. $27.99 - 15% = $23.79 for 160 tablets.
