Similar issue here. I bought 5 legos, but just received one. After exchanging many emails, even providing the videos taken as the package was opened, they did not make replacements or refund yet. Very bad experience. //@anonymous: Ditto, bought a few times (42083, 10258 and 42099), no issues at all //@Anonymous: I bought several times. Never ever buy again from this seller. Very bad experience. One month after buying, they finally provided a tracking number, but did not ship the package. Contacting the customer service,they copied the same words again and again: will investigate, or will check the courier service, or will update 24-48 hours. But they did nothing.
