I bought chromebook duet in August and normal usage with kids, screen glass is already broken at one edge even i had a screen protector and its out of return policy time period. Also it hangs smtimes even no open apps and jst 1 app using... not a good product. This is my first chromebook

I have had similar problems with the Lenovo chromebooks my kids have on loan from school. They have all kinds of problems, both hardware and software.
