Scroll down until you see Number Lock and click on it:
Turn off number lock for each line on your account
Go one page back to account settings and select Number Transfer Pin
Generate a Number Transfer Pin, and wait for a day or two to check (email or text) if you are given loyalty discount $10/line/month

us company never treat loyalty customers well, and take maximum advantage of them. all discounts given to new customers. I guess they based on statistics that well paid adults usually don’t have time to switch out and back in to take discounts. There are quite few options here that using verizon networks but only $10-25 per line unlimited data. key is that most of people only use small amount of data. at home, office there are almost wireless connections which are much faster.

I only have $20 per month. They added $3 fee per line for legacy Start 1.0 plan. I guess this promotion is to offset that fee to keep these customers who plan to switch carriers. However, probably only a tiny portion of customers will apply this promotion. //@anonymous: I have $25 Loyalty Discount for more than a year now.

Check your area or talk with online customer service. If covered, it is very good service. Signal is good, even better than T-mobile in my work place.
