Pixel phones no doubt have the best Android experience. I would wait a half year to ten months to save hundreds of $$$ //@anonymous: I am enjoying it, got it for $550 on the day that Samsung announced S24. Super performance. Switch back to Android again.

Since Pixel 6 Google switched to Tensor processor integrated with a Samsung Exynos modem. Since then, numerous issues appeared. So far Samsung phones never used it's own Exynos modem.

iPhone 12 and later finally switched to Qualcomm modems but they still have numerous cellular reception issues. You need repeatedly switch to airplane mode and back to fix it. //@anonymous: Since Pixel 6 Google switched to Tensor processor integrated with a Samsung Exynos modem. Manually switch to airplane mode also temporarily fix Pixel signal issues. And problem is rare if you use LTE instead of 5G. Obviously 5G towers need to be blamed as well. //@anonymous: iPhone 12 and later finally switched to Qualcomm modems but they still have numerous cellular reception issues. it'll be $449 if you go from play store and google fi, just 120 days after activation, consider $20 for a month just for call and text, that's around 4mon $20*4=$80 extra for the extra service, not bad. Price still beat the $539 here

Pixel 8/pro camera has a much bigger sensor (1/1.31" vs 1/1.73") than 7a while lens has much better aperture f/1.7 vs f/1.9. You may argue 64MP is better than 50MP but most megapixels on both phones are calculated. //@Anonymous: camera is top$ !! Even better than the Pixel 8/8 Pro - Go figure..
