It took me 2 weeks to receive my order but it was damaged when it arrived. I thought it was dropped but same thing happened to many others. It seems like they got some contractual responsibilities to fulfill with Costco. They can only shipped out previously damaged and returned items while Midea wait for more shipment from China. It's been a frustrating experience.

This sounds wrong in so many angles. Not that it couldn’t happen just all the things said.
