How long before you can unlock?

From bottom of www.straighttalk.com, unlocking policy:
https://www.tfwunlockpolicy.com/wps/portal/home/
Seems Verizon purchased straight talk
If all new purchases get activated on Verizon, will unlock 60 days after activation. Must activate in store for $49 price.
Seems only 1 month of activated service required ($85ish)
Then unlock after 60 days.
Check SIM card to see which carrier.
Walmart return policy says unopened phones can be returned within 14 days, but opened phones can only be exchanged.
Some uncertainty in this deal for unlockers. //@anonymous: How long before you can unlock?

Can I pay for a month of service, use the phone in the US for a few days, and bring it to my friend who lives overseas within 2 months? Will it still automatically unlock after 60 days when the phone is not in the US?

Do you have to come to the Walmart store on 11/6/2023 to buy the phone in order to get the price of $49 ? Or Can you buy the phone online for $49 and activate it online immediately?

Where did you see the Gold Plan requirements? //@anonymous: gold plan required,$55/month

I only see gold plan or above requirement for Walmart+ included.
Not seeing any plan restrictions for activating with $100 off purchase in store only.
But finding in store / stock availability could be tricky. Good through 11/26/23 //@Anonymous: Where did you see the Gold Plan requirements? //@anonymous: gold plan required,$55/month

Can't believe in 2023 Apple still offers a M3 chip "Pro" laptop with 8G shared memory. My phone has more memory than that.

I know. Even if the SSD is super fast, and 8GB works for most people, on paper, it kind of diminishes the "PRO" moniker. It's like selling a Porsche with ugly steel rims just to get the price lower. They have so much overlap with the Air, it doesn't make sense to me.

My Bluecash Everyday got this offer. Platinum one got $5 off $50 when using ApplePay. Both cards can do this up to 3 times for a maximum $15 back each.

It's November now, for three statement-credits, it would require the billing cycle ending on the last day of each month and make a qualified purchase on Jan 1st before the offer ends. So most likely, it will be a two-month statement credits.
