This has better displays, better audio, and a better default headstrap than the Quest 2, but Quest 2 has better inside-out tracking and a works with wireless link to your PC ( a huge plus ). I think this is a good headset if you plan to use it in front of a PC without room-scale tracking. Maybe if you're into flight sim or racing.
