Wyze hardware is great, but their service is somewhat controversial due to recent security incidents. Probably good if you use somewhere you don't expect privacy.
My personal experience is that their AI is also lackluster. I have mine pointed at my driveway. Every time the lighting changes it thinks my parked car just arrived and alerts me that a vehicle is present. I still think there is good value with Wyze if you understand the limitations.

Maybe true. Gonna return it.Same concern with action camera. Likwewise, its wise to always go for GopPro instead of Chinese knockoffs in today's political climate. Thanks for reminder. //@anonymous: TP-Link is a Chinese brand. Be careful to look up security incidents with TP-Link products before using on your local network.

Not necessary to be overreacting. Indeed, nowadays it's a really concern even a fuss about purchasing Chinese A/V products. //@Anonymous: Your socks may contain a chip that can transfer your data to China //@anonymous: TP-Link is a Chinese brand. It’s obvious who’s Chinese or acting to be in this conversation. It’s not necessary to accuse all Chinese products of spying and it’s also not necessary to defend all Chinese products from not spying. Neither of you are correct but the precedent is there were products that the Chinese government had access to and are banned in the US. //@anonymous: Not necessary to be overreacting.
