thanks. good warning. and this is true at many mechanic shops too, not just pepboys. you need to know what you're buying and then confirm they installed what you paid for. //@Anonymous: i don't go to pep boys anymore. they sell your the expensive parts and install the cheap parts. i asked for a high carbon disc brake and ceramic pads. they install the cheapest disc and pad. check the part number and not the price on the receipt.
