Att agents are everywhere. your pathetic lies wont work anymore. instead of posting lies work on your service and price. Tmobile is winner and also Tmobile customers.

Agree with others who have had the same billing issues with T-mobile. I paid $100 at the store for two lines for the first month, they then billed me for another $100 for the same month. When calling them, they said I would need to call them in order to get the refund on what I paid at the store. This is not the end of the story...I'm switching to other carrier after two months with T-mobile.

and never do trade in with T-Mobile! it's going to cost u more than buying the phone at original price.

It's a scam from T-mobile. You don't qualify, if you are on the $100 two lines tax inclusive plan. This is from the website:

This is NOT available for the following plans:
No Credit Check
Prepaid
T-Mobile @Work
T-Mobile ONE Voice with a single line
T-Mobile ONE 2 lines for $100 tax inclusive
T-Mobile ONE Unlimited 55+ tax inclusive
Any tax excluded plans
Any Mobile Internet plans (including DIGITS, LineLink, and Wearable)

I called t mobile customer services, the bottom line, if you already have a promotion under your current plan and don't want to loose it (thus, 4 lines, 2 lines or 3 lines for $100 etc...etc..), "DON'T TAKE THIS NETFLIX OFFER" because it will change your phone plan. I have a 3rd line free offer promo, if I was to sign-up for the Netflix offer, I will have to give up this line/or the offer and/or pay the $9.99 extra per/mth. Not worth it. //@Anonymous: No, thanks. I'm on a $100/4 lines.

This sucks. I'll stick with hulu. //@anonymous: Guys!! Here is the catch. So before this promotion Tmobile used to charge 100$/2 Lines every month. Now they are going to charge 120$/2 lines. So even though they are giving you 10$ netflix subscription for free actually they will earn 10$ more every month now from now on. There is nothing called free giveaway in business!!

really? how do you activate the offer? does t mobile remind you of the rate increase? //@anonymous: The price of the Netflix subscription is an increased charge of $60/line for 2 lines vs. $50/line. So nothing is free.

Is this for the new accounts only or for all existing customers?

This offer is not about the data watching Netflix is free, Netflix monthly subscription is free, you don't have to pay for it. Its included in T-mobile's package. //@Anonymous: WOW, I was expecting more from T-Mobile. They were advertising for months regarding today's un Carrier announcement. About to move to them if they had a good discount for plans. Netflix 😥.I don't watch Netflix at work or when I am out to have fun. At home I have WIFI and that's the only time I watch Netflix. Shame.

I had the same experience with billing problems. I sent John Leger a "nice" email, and the problem was solved (OK, it actually took two "nice" emails to John before the problem was solved. ) :)

Yes, they will always mess up your bill. Every time when you change. No exception. When I changed my plan last time, I was asked to pay $340 instead of $146! When I tried to explain to them, they said it was for next month. Remember you are always paying for last month, not next month. So I have been wondering whether they intentionally do that way.

By anonymous on 09/06/2017, 12:33pm
When T-Mobile autopay is set up, you are billed in advance, and T-Mobile never adjust the bill if you change to a lower rate for that month, and never pay you back in future months. It is really lousy.

T-Mobile messes up my monthly bills, monthly.
