I purchased an s9 from BH at (at good price) and after 1 year I had a problem with the connector port. Long story short, after calls to samsung and BH I found out that the phone was build for the Ulkranian market and samsung (and authorized shops) would not touch it since the phone is not 100% the same (versus American market version). BH said that since it had passed the 1year warranty, I could not send it to them for repair. So I am left with a phone that can only charge with a wireless charger. Do some research and make sure this phone can be repaired in the US.

How much is this phone? $10.41/month + $40 activation fee? For phone and service? Not possible. Too good to be true!

All used products

Last time I bought via a sale like this it was definitely a "used" item, but it was also damaged with scratches and looked worse that I would ever let the item become if I was original owner. //@Anonymous: All used products

Actually there are different conditions of item like new, used, used-acceptable etc and they have mentioned the condition Definition as well. While purchasing select “like new” as those items are new just damaged packaging. Hope this will help someone. As I personally buy only “like new” condition item, and got good deals.
