Apple DOES NOT manufacture any ipad or iphone, it only buys in products from other manufactures like Foxxon or Samsung at very very cheap price, but sells them at very very high. Apple is a trade company. It produces nothing, but Foxxon and Samsung do produce real iphone and ipad. Don't be deceived by apple.

Intellectual property is something abstract in some one's mind. It's useless without really producing it.The true owner is the one who produces it, not the one who is in fancy mind thinking without any capacity to produce it.

Thought or intelligence is not reality, is nothing without other's realization of it. The one who realizes an idea is the one who really produces it and owns the product. Intellectual property only owns the abstract idea, not the real products which is made and owned by real manufacturers.
