1) Not stackable;
2) One-time use;
3) no less than $20 before tax;

I tested all these today in store.

if i return the item, will i get my $20 back in gift card?

according to the receipt, you only get the refund from what you paid with creditcard, this coupon is more like a coupon as $20 off.

my local Toysrus (Rowland Heights, CA) DOES NOT accept this coupon. I emailed Groupon about this issue and they agreed to refund me.

Keep the receipt and the gift receipt. The receipt shows you only the extra amount you paid other than the $20 coupon. But I just used the gift receipt to return and got the full refund.
