rite aid had this 19.99 in the local store? Is it true for national wide? I thought usually rite aid, cvs, walgreens charge more for items withtout coupon...

I had to pay almost $40 for the same thing a month ago, when I had to buy some gift for my friend. Great...

You can give your friend a gift card of $40 so that he can buy two of this when the better deal is available. He will give you one of them back. You both have gifts.
