power consumption seems a little too high, I guess... check bestbuy with samsung LN40E550.. Thesedays power consumption is half or less. In addition, best buy says yearly power consumptions is 210 kWh.. you should expect twice or three times.

So that's maybe 21 dollars (or possibly 40-60) to run your fancy tv over the year? Bummer.

Good deal.....decent tv for price. I enjoy mine.

i donot see why this is a deal. TCL on amazon 40" is always for $300
