"All Rakuten Super Points earned during this promotion will be available 15 days after shipment and will expire 20 days thereafter". Be careful as the points will expire in 20 days. Use it or loose it. I lost a bunch of points without looking at terms an condition. I complained to customer service with no use. I stay away from Buy.com.

I almost lost the points last month too. In order not to waste the points, I bought something I really do not need with the points. Then I made decision to say goodby to buy.com.
