Did you opt-in on the EARN 13 X campaign instead of the 18X one? How did you figure out that you got only 13X?

At check out it will tell you the number of points you earn. Divide that point by 100 to convert into cash. Then divide that cash back amount by the price of the item purchased and you'll know it's 12%.
