at&T is baiting. Accepted my order and pended it and cancelled it in 3 days

Order was canceled after 3 day, they said can't not verify my info, something like my name did not match with credit card info. That is lie. and they insist goint to their store is the only option, and I have to purchase at the price listed in the store. Such as waste of time talking to the customer service over the phone. Useless AT&T. Won't do business with them ever.
