Travel scale. Are you going to take it in travel? After you weigh the suitcase perfectly, you put the scale in the case. At the airport it is overweight, you need to get rid of something, the scale becomes a must-throw-away, since it's a dollar stuff. That's why someone suppose a one-time-use.
