The form says: Offer limited to US residents only. Does that mean that visa holders cannot get the rebate?

If you purchase from Walmart, the $15 eGift card is going to deducted from total price and on the receipt. So the price for the product turns into $20 and I don't think you can still claim $35 from rebate.

youll only get credit for what you paid. since walmart has a deal or if other stores like rite aid have it lower by using coupons, you still have to submit a copy of a receipt with your purchase.
