I ordered this on 5/23, and it's still in production. The order has been delayed for three times, according to the last delay, I won't have my monitor in 2 months. I will cancel it. Dell sucks.

i ordered a TV on 06/07/2010. the original deliverey date was 6/11/2010, but i just received an email at this morning..they said the delivery date will delay to July 1st!!! Sucks!!

DELL Sucks. DELL uses your money to buy components and then put them together. After 1-3 months, the product is shipped to you. At that time, the once-deal price becomes regular marketing price. They do not let you cancel your order during this "production" period. You are totally kidnapped by DELL. Unless its price is really lower (~20%) than the currently market price. I wont buy it from DELL.

I believe this monitor is e-IPS unless I'm mistaken. The cheaper version of IPS, but still much much better than TN. Dell shipping hasn't been a pleasant experience for me in the past either (1.5 months for a video card), but they're Ultrasharp monitors are awesome.
