Had the same problem. $100 Cashback was cancelled 2 months after using an HP $20 coupon!

yes, you can get the cash back if there is an instant saving without using coupon. I got that 2 months after the purchasing

How do I know whether the laptop I selected qualify to that 20% off? I linked through bing.com to the HP website and went through the whole check out process but still didn't see any cash back sign.

does EPP work with bing cash back?
04/20/2010, 09:30am
By anonymous
I asked that, I think it does since its not a coupon and also since its instant.

Don't mislead people, EPP WILL NOT work. I asked HP rep, and it also stated on microsoft bing web site FAQ section. No epp, don't even use your EPP account to purchase!!!

Yea, sorry wasn't sure if it would or not but i looked at the FAQ, "Entering a coupon code at the payment page will void your cashback. Also, beginning 10/2009, the Friends & Family program, HP Academy program, and the Employee Purchase Program can no longer be combined with cashback.".

I bought Lenovo 4 year back and every part of the laptop has been replaced. Thank God I have the warranty. I thought HP is better but based on the comments it is not the case. I am confused as to which laptop to buy.

OMG, I just looked through the HP site and they have absolutely nothing appealing! In particular, laptops are too bulky and heavy, and the desktop monitors have very low resolutions (27" with only 1920x1080? WTF?!). The Mini 210 HD Edition netbook is the only thing mildly interesting.
