have any family plan users been able to order one phone online? the default is to have you buy the same number of phones as lines on your plan. i have 3 lines but only want 1 upgrade. if i order over the phone they can override that issue but then i lose the $50 cashback from bing. pls advise if you've been successful. thx.

I am having the same problem, at least the cash back is good for multiple phones. Problem for me is the other lines don't want the droid....

yeah my parents are the other users on my family share & not technologically savvy. would be a waste to get them droids.

If you only want to upgrade one line of a family plan you can. It is easier just to call in to place the order. I ordered through Wirefly and it was super easy. Plus I saved huge compared to the carrier
