Yes, all are refurbished. But some are just returned unused. All comes with one year warranty, same as new products. Good luck!

Their website is totally jammed right now. So slooow.
Also, the items in their outlet store are generally one of the following (from their site):
New
* Order canceled and never shipped.
* Factory direct excess.
Redistributed
* Product was shipped and returned unopened.
* Factory seal was not broken by customer.
* Product was never used by customer.
Refurbished
* Product was returned with the factory seal broken.
* Product may or may not have been turned on.
* Product may or may not have been used.
Scratch and Dent
* Product was returned with the factory seal broken.
* Product may or may not have been turned on.
* Product may or may not have been used.
* Product has cosmetic blemishes.

First of all... Google "lenovo outlet issue" and make yourself aware of what the hell we would be putting our money into.
Lenovo's outlet has the worst service with months of shipping delays.. no customer center number (only email responses).. no exchanges.. (you can return the product and re-order.. but the price might go u by then)
All old products.. series of laptops which lenovo no longer sells on its website... mostly refubs..

even a refurbished one is still more expensive than a new one in other website such as tigerDirect. You may a lenovo computer, but from other resale store, never from lenovo directly.

I ordered an X200 laptop... which I figured out was just about 150$ cheaper that what I could have purchased from buy.com
They postponed my laptop ship date 3 f***ing times.. every time it was the ship date.. they postponed it by a week.. and initially they took 17 days to process my purchase..
I got the laptop in about 2 months!!

Yea.. my friend got his with a broken screen.. when he returned it.. he got a call back and was told that the screen broke coz of his fault.
i guess he fought over it and filed a dispute with his CC

i once returned a laptop due to repeated orders because there was no sigh of succeed or not at all for the order. after the return, i was refused to put order anymore, they told me that it is because i was in black name list......sucks....that's lenovo US.

i have no trouble to go to the website, not jam, but after i checked the price, i have no appetite to make a singer order---the price is still expensive, you can easily get better deals through other website.

Lenovo sucks, I ordered twice. both laptops have defects on screen, I spent hours and hours to get full refund.I ordered HP, I can return without any reason, but for Lenovo, you have to pay 15% restocking fee even if it is a defect machine. Be careful!

Their customer service is OK. You just talk to some nice representatives. My laptop got fixed in a week (including shipment).

This is an OUTLET store. If you don't like the delays, don't use the store. So much whining. They give discounts of up to 50% or more, sometimes, on items that were essentially ordered and never shipped. A new Lenovo laptop for 50% off. So feel free to pay full price and get the service that you expect.
