Placed your order and call them to get 20% off. Or call them to place order. It qualifies 20% off but somehow it doesn't show up at checkout now.

I placed the order and called the 1800 number

still cannot get the 20% discount. Only was told after the item is shipped, I will get another email that tells me the $10 will be credited back to my account.

This is really first time to have such experience with Amazon.com.

Call again, the CSR you talked has no clue what this promotion is, You should get 20% off right now, not a gift certificate later.

Called again

Thank you for the suggestion and called again. This is the email I got:

Quote:
I'd like to give you a $10 promotional certificate, which you can use the next time you order an item shipped and sold by Amazon.com. You'll see your available promotional balance at checkout--this amount will be applied to your next order automatically without entering a claim code. Your promotional balance doesn't appear in Your Account but will always display when you place an order. For more information about using your promotional certificate, including the terms and conditions for using the certificate

It is ok, I sure I'll buy stuff at Amazon.com during this season.

I tried, but no luck.

I ordered just now, comes out $50 during check out, then I called the Amazon.

A lady told me she couldn't find the 20% off information anywhere and asked me where I found the info. I told her Dealsea.com and she had no idea what I was talking about lol.

Anyway, no luck for me...

Edit*

So I called again, this time another guy picked up, he KNOWS what he's talking about. However I still couldn't get that 20% off, here's his explanation:

"This particular watch was not supposed to be in the 20% off section, it got there by an error. That is why the check out process did not give you the discount."

So I guess at the end of the day, it's up to your luck to get that 20% off. I am happy with the price since it's already a few hundred bucks off its original price. BUT I really wanted that extra 20% off!

I'm going to call a few more times and hope that someone can give me that 20% off "accidentally".

They removed 20% off from this watch. Thats why they told you they had no idea. Before that, there is "20% off...." right on the product page.
