It seems that they are out of stock. However, I wonder if they will honor the rebate if the purchase was made through amazon.com but Ships from and sold by CCMACCESSORIES or other vendor from Amazon.
Last time I call for another rebate from Sharp and they said they would honor it but the third party store sent me the item without a UPC so be careful!
Can some one call the rebate guys and ask them if they would honor the rebate if bought from other vendor trhough amazon.com website? I am not in the mood to call

No, you won't get your rebate if you buy from other sellers. Only amazon.com orders qualify the rebate.
Please remember to include all of the following:
1) Completed downloadable rebate form. Copies or duplications of
accepted.
2) Copy of original store-identified receipt from Amazon.com for qualifying
WEP301 Bluetooth® headset) dated between Oct. 1, 2008 and Dec.
price circled.
3) Original UPC/bar code for Samsung WEP301 Bluetooth® headset. |

No rebate in box... |
No rebate came in my box, and my order says "Sold by: Amazon.com, LLC" on the order confirmation page!
Any advice? I'm about to call them with a not-so-pleasant tone of voice. |

The product description said the form would come in the box, but they have a link to it online so I suppose I just need to print it and send that one in, despite what the item description said.
